Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please congratulate Rod Speer, after the lots of hard work and dedication he has been promoted to Event Concierge/Banquet Operations Supervisor.  Rod was a part of our Grand Opening team here at LA Live and has since gone on to take on several instrumental leadership roles within the Banquets Department.  Not only has been one of the department’s key Learning Coaches, he was the first employee in the hotel to complete the MDRP, management readiness program.  He will be training on the floor with the management team beginning this week.

Hey everyone,

The schedule was delayed for a bit because we didn't have any of the information for the group we're hosting next week. We still don't have all of the information, so I wanted to tell you that this schedule is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. I'm 90% sure that your times will change. Please be flexible for this week, as things seem to be picking up :)

Also, our friend Kim has accepted a position with Shipping & Receiving and will no longer be with us. Wish her the best and congratulate her if you see her! Thanks for everything, Kim.
