These past two days have been the busiest we've seen at the hotel so far. You all did an incredible job. Thank you all so much for all of your hard work and dedication. You all are the best!

Schedule for September 18-24

Hey there everybody,

Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication this week! It was a long, tiring week, but we pulled it off. You all did awesome. Thanks for having my back!

This upcoming week slows down a a little bit, but it is still busy. On Monday, Carol wanted me to have all of you come in to work on the loft - getting it all organized - so that's what we'll be doing on Monday. On Thursday, we have about 20 different receptions going on at the same time. Get ready!

Banquet Steward Schedule (September 11-17)

Hey there everyone!

Sorry it took until Friday to post the schedule. The week ahead is very busy - had to make sure we were covered. I have filled some of you in for In Room Dining and L.A Market shifts to get you more hours. Every steward has a full 5 days - just like old times!

Make sure you clock in on time! Your BEO's will be waiting for you in your mailboxes. Clean as you go, and bring the food EARLY!

Upcoming week (September 11-17)

Just giving you all a heads up that this upcoming week is extremely busy! ALL stewards need to be prepared to work all 5 days, possibly. The schedule will be posted tomorrow (Friday) sometime before 1pm. Please come back and check around then to see when you will be working.

Banquet Stewarding Schedule (September 4, 2010 -September 10, 2010)

Hey everyone! Here is the schedule for this week. From now on, you must clock out 10 minutes before the "out" time on your schedule. For example, if you are scheduled from 8pm-1am, you must clock out by 12:50am. Everybody has been cutting it too close, and we're being penalized. Please make an effort to abide by this new rule. I will be closely monitoring it.

Also, if you're scheduled for 6 hours or less, you will not be clocking out for lunch. You are allowed to go down to the employee dining room on your 10 minute break to grab a snack - but you will not be clocking out.
