Stew Schedule for December 25-31

Hey everyone!

It is very slow for this week, but should pick up the following week. Bernard sent me a list of what is needed for staffing, and I just filled in the scheduled based on seniority. Bare with the slow time, and know that it will be slamming this year! With that, I wish everyone a Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas) & Happy, healthy New Year!

Banquet Stewards Schedule for October 30-November 5


Hey everyone. Very busy week ahead! A lot of you are scheduled for 6 days, so please bring the energy and be open to scheduling changes as the days go by. Also, a reminder... If you have to fill out a time sheet form, please put it in MY mailbox in the loft. I now take care of submitting your hours & all of your payroll. Thank you for your cooperation! Banquet Steward Schedule for October 16-October 22


You guys all rocked this past week. Thanks for everything! Schedule is always subject to change. You might notice 2 people per week, for the past 2 weeks have had a "RR" next to their names. This stands for Railroad. Twice a week, we will rotate through the schedule, and you will be assigned certain areas to clean/projects to take on (organize, re-stock, etc). 

We will also be starting Side jobs soon. I have made the spreadsheet, I just have to roll it out to all of you. Essentially, you will be given a sheet along with your BEO's for the day, and you will have a couple assignments checked off that you must complete on top of getting your BEO's done. This will keep you busy throughout your whole shift. There should never be down-time! I don't want to see phones, people sitting down, etc. 

All my male stewards - don't forget to shave EVERY DAY. I have been noticing that we're getting lazy with this. Please make an effort to get that done.

Schedule for September 18-24

Hey there everybody,

Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication this week! It was a long, tiring week, but we pulled it off. You all did awesome. Thanks for having my back!

This upcoming week slows down a a little bit, but it is still busy. On Monday, Carol wanted me to have all of you come in to work on the loft - getting it all organized - so that's what we'll be doing on Monday. On Thursday, we have about 20 different receptions going on at the same time. Get ready!

Banquet Steward Schedule (September 11-17)

Hey there everyone!

Sorry it took until Friday to post the schedule. The week ahead is very busy - had to make sure we were covered. I have filled some of you in for In Room Dining and L.A Market shifts to get you more hours. Every steward has a full 5 days - just like old times!

Make sure you clock in on time! Your BEO's will be waiting for you in your mailboxes. Clean as you go, and bring the food EARLY!

Banquet Stewarding Schedule (September 4, 2010 -September 10, 2010)

Hey everyone! Here is the schedule for this week. From now on, you must clock out 10 minutes before the "out" time on your schedule. For example, if you are scheduled from 8pm-1am, you must clock out by 12:50am. Everybody has been cutting it too close, and we're being penalized. Please make an effort to abide by this new rule. I will be closely monitoring it.

Also, if you're scheduled for 6 hours or less, you will not be clocking out for lunch. You are allowed to go down to the employee dining room on your 10 minute break to grab a snack - but you will not be clocking out.
